Summary:
This position will be responsible to provide administrative support in Skoda?s corporate office located in Fords, NJ.
Tasks to include answering the phones, placing vendor / customer phone calls, creating customer folders, data entry and additional tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate should possess good organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
This person should be someone that is highly motivated and ready to learn and be part of a team.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to:
filing, placing online orders for restocking office supplies and scheduling traffic control for field crews.
Answering incoming office calls or placing phone calls when asked.
Learn how to create customer folders with the correct and pertinent information for the crew supervisors and crews.
Placing online material vendor orders, matching packing lists to invoices and checking costs before handing off to accounting.
Data entry into existing Microsoft Excel worksheets and FileMaker, Skoda?s work management system.
Creating online markout requests for field jobs to be performed.
Possible future growth opportunities available for the right candidate.
Hours:
Full Time, 7:
00 AM -03:
00 PM Rate:
$24 hr.

Benefits after 90 days The company reserves the right to modify the job description.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
